Jake Machel

First Vice President - Brokerage

Jake Machel is a First Vice President at NAI Burns Scalo, one of the largest fully integrated commercial real estate firms in Western Pennsylvania. He specializes in investment sales and capital markets throughout the Pittsburgh region, with a focus on income-producing properties.

Jake also brings extensive experience in site selection for both local and national clients, representing property types ranging from multifamily to retail end users. In addition, he plays an active role in the analysis of acquisitions and dispositions for NAI Burns Scalo’s private portfolio.

Prior to joining NAI Burns Scalo, Jake spent 11 years as a broker with two global, publicly traded commercial real estate firms. Jake is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College and resides in McMurray, Pennsylvania.
