Nate plays a key role in overseeing projects from planning through execution—ensuring quality, efficiency, and attention to detail at every phase.

Prior to joining NAI Burns Scalo, Nate served as an Owner’s Representative on a large-scale mixed-use development, where he managed multiple stakeholders and coordinated complex construction timelines. This experience strengthened his ability to balance project vision with real-world execution, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of both the owner’s priorities and the technical demands of development.
