NAI Burns Scalo announced its participation as a co-investor in the acquisition of Shoppes at Victoria Square, a 109,000-square-foot, nationally anchored retail shopping center in Merritt Island, Florida, alongside NAI Merin Hunter Codman. 

The investment highlights the strength of collaboration within the NAI Global network, bringing together NAI Burns Scalo and NAI Merin Hunter Codman to execute a strategic retail acquisition in one of Florida’s fastest-growing regions.
