NAI Burns Scalo Secures Management and Lease Assignment for Retail and Office Asset in South Hills
NAI Burns Scalo is pleased to announce the addition of a new management assignment in the Western Pennsylvania region. Effective July 1, 2026, the firm began providing comprehensive property management services for a 12,500-square-foot retail and office asset located at 663-671 Washington Road in Mount Lebanon.
The property features ground-floor retail space with a second-floor office component, including one 1,800-square-foot office vacancy. NAI Burns Scalo will oversee both facility and financial management, delivering a full-service approach to support the asset’s performance and long-term value.
This assignment was procured by John Eliopoulos, who will also oversee the leasing efforts for the property, further demonstrating the strength of NAI Burns Scalo’s local expertise and continued growth throughout the region.
