Brea serves as Brokerage Operations Manager, leading the firm’s Brokerage Operations department. Her role includes transaction management and the development and implementation of systems and processes that improve how the team works and support the needs of the business.

With more than a decade of leadership experience across varied industries, Brea brings an adaptable, well-rounded approach to her work. Her experience has given her an ability to see how people, processes and business needs connect, allowing her to work effectively across functions, identify opportunities for improvement and help move initiatives from idea to execution.
