Bryce Custer serves as a commercial real estate broker at NAI Burns Scalo, a member of the NAI Global network, advising corporations, developers, and investors through complex site selection, leasing, and industrial development decisions. With more than 30 years of experience in site selection, economic incentives, and corporate real estate, he is a trusted advisor delivering data-informed real estate solutions across industrial and corporate asset types.
Bryce leverages deep market expertise and the firm’s integrated platform—spanning brokerage, leasing, investment services, logistics consulting, and advisory services—to help clients align real estate decisions with broader business and operational objectives. His work spans domestic and international projects in petrochemicals and plastics, steel manufacturing, data centers, renewable energy (solar, hydropower, and hydrogen), and headquarters relocations, with site selection assignments ranging from 5–50 acre projects to large-scale developments exceeding 2,000 acres. He has also led significant assignments for natural gas power plants and emerging technologies, including carbon capture & storage and small modular reactors (SMR).
Bryce is the founder of Ohio River Corridor, LLC, a company specializing in site selection, consultation, and development projects along the Ohio River in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, leveraging the region’s infrastructure for projects in the petrochemical, plastics, steel, energy, and renewable energy sectors. He is actively engaged in the commercial real estate community through regional development groups throughout the Ohio River Corridor and Appalachian region, and maintains a strong presence both locally and nationally within the industry.
