Chris Garrity has dedicated over 30 years to real estate and product representation, diligently serving his clients. As Vice President of Brokerage, he has handled property transactions of all scales, negotiating multi-million dollar deals as well as one off transactions for smaller entrepreneurs. Garrity’s sales and leasing expertise extends across Mid Atlantic states, where he has successfully sold and leased millions of rentable square feet for his clients. Chris has a strong focus on industrial, flex, and manufacturing assets across the region.
