Darla is responsible for achieving an elevated level of client satisfaction which includes developing strong working relationships with Association Presidents and Directors, remaining consistently proactive, efficient, and accountable to the Board of Directors, communities, owners, property maintenance, fiscal management, and personnel management.

Her focus is developing and implementing positive business relations by applying process controls and quality improvement initiatives that reduce costs and increase property values and revenues.

Previously Darla was a Project Administrator in the construction industry. For the last ten years she has held various roles in the association management industry including Community Association Director with Compass Group in Naples, Florida; Portfolio Property Manager with Golf Breeze Management in Bonita Springs, Florida; and Property Manager with KOVA Property Management in Naples, Florida. Most recently Darla was a Commercial Property Manager with LandQwest Commercial in Orlando, Florida.

Her experience and knowledge in project management, real estate, and association management, combined with her desire to build strong business relationships serves her well at NAI Burns Scalo.
