As a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience, Gayle has built her career around the successful management and optimization of commercial real estate assets. Her expertise spans asset management, leasing, property operations, capital improvements, tenant construction coordination, financial oversight, and client relations.

Throughout her career, she has managed a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including Class A high-rise office buildings, large industrial parks, office and data centers, medical office buildings, and retail centers. These experiences have given her a comprehensive understanding of the many moving parts required to operate properties efficiently, protect and enhance asset value, and deliver exceptional service to owners and tenants.

As she progressed into leadership roles, she has focused not only on property performance but also on building strong, capable teams. Valuing collaboration, mentorship, accountability, and creating an environment where people can succeed. Working closely with owner-investors, tenants, service providers, brokers, and industry professionals, developing relationships built on trust, communication, and results.

Now based in Southwest Florida, she brings more than three decades of experience, a hands-on approach to commercial real estate, and a genuine passion for the people and properties that make this industry so rewarding.
