Gretchen has been recognized with CoStar’s Power Broker Awards as a Top-10 leasing broker in Southwest Florida for both office and retail leasing throughout the years. She specializes in developing strategic real estate solutions that align with her clients’ business objectives, whether they are expanding, relocating, investing, or optimizing their real estate portfolios.
