Lori Beretta

Vice President of Property Management

Lori has over thirty years of experience working in the real estate industry.  She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of over 1.3 million square feet of office and retail centers.  Prior to joining NAI Burns & Scalo, Ms. Beretta managed for Shorenstein Realty Services, CBRE, and Continental Realty/Cushman & Wakefield.  Her portfolio was comprised of approximately 750,000 square feet of office, industrial, and warehouse space.  During her tenure there, she also managed the company’s retail portfolio, which comprised 2,400,000 SF.  Ms. Beretta also specialized in distressed properties and receiverships.
