Michael F. Curran brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience spanning brokerage, banking, underwriting, asset management, and development.

Based in Southwest Florida, Michael specializes in investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and advisory services for office, medical, industrial, flex, and land for development. He has completed more than $150 million in investment property and land transactions and has represented owners, investors, developers, and tenants throughout the region.

Prior to brokerage, Michael held commercial real estate leadership roles with SunTrust Bank and Wells Fargo, managing significant CRE portfolios, construction and development loans, and distressed assets. During the Great Recession, he served as a commercial REO Asset Manager for Wells Fargo, overseeing the management and disposition of hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial properties throughout Florida and the Southeast.
