Michael Kamouyerou

Michael Kamouyerou specializes in investment sales, acquisitions, ground leases, and development opportunities throughout Western Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. As a Senior Associate with NAI Burns Scalo, he works closely with investors, developers, business owners, and property owners to identify opportunities, maximize asset value, and execute successful commercial real estate transactions.

Drawing on more than 18 years of experience in sales, operations, and leadership, Michael brings a results-driven approach and strong business acumen to every assignment. His background provides clients with a unique perspective on market analysis, negotiations, investment strategy, and value creation across a broad range of commercial real estate asset types.

Prior to joining NAI Burns Scalo, Michael was the top-performing insurance broker at his firm in 2022, where he built a reputation for client service, relationship management, and business development. Earlier in his career, he advanced through the ranks at 84 Lumber, earning Rookie of the Year honors before ultimately leading a multimillion-dollar operation. In 2018, he was recognized as a Woodworking Network 40 Under 40 Honoree, highlighting his achievements in leadership, sales performance, and operational excellence.

Since transitioning into commercial real estate, Michael has quickly established himself as a respected commercial real estate professional known for his work ethic, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering client-focused solutions.
