Nick Hineman joined NAI Burns Scalo in 2018 as an Assistant Project Manager. Nick has over 8 years of construction experience, serving as a Project Manager for multiple facets of construction, including general contracting, estimating and residential pipeline testing. 

Mr. Hineman has effectively managed all phases of construction, including Design/Build; bidding and negotiating designer, consultant, subcontractor, and supply contracts; developing milestone and detailed CPM construction schedules; managing permitting and inspections; creating budgets, estimates, cost control, and reporting processes; construction management; and project closeout.
