NAI Burns Scalo has been selected to provide facilities management services for 111 Ryan Court, a 35,000-square-foot office property located in Rosslyn Farms, PA. This new assignment further reflects the firm’s expansion of high-performance property services across Western Pennsylvania.
The property, owned by Keystone Dedicated Logistics (KDL Logistics), was brought under NAI Burns Scalo’s management in February. Located within the Parkway West Corridor, 111 Ryan Court is home to two tenants, KDL Logistics – a logistics and supply chain solutions provider – and EXL Services, a global operations management and analytics company.
