Tim Rivers
Executive Managing Director – Florida
Tim brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and a proven leadership record across Florida’s major markets. He leads strategic growth initiatives and oversees all business lines serving occupier and investor clients, including tenant representation, agency leasing, property management, project development, and capital markets. Tim previously served as Florida Market Leader at Cresa and held senior positions at JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and Newmark.

Dan Thompson
Senior Vice President
Dan brings over three decades of retail real estate experience to his role as Senior Vice President, leading NAI Burns Scalo’s Florida retail brokerage initiatives. With a proven track record in shopping center leasing and sales, Dan has worked with clients ranging from restaurant site selectors to boutique retailers. His career spans leadership roles at top firms, including Simon Property Group, The Mills Corporation, and CBL Properties.

Michael Coppola
Senior Vice President
Michael offers more than 30 years of experience in office and industrial real estate. After relocating to Tampa in 2010, Michael focuses on tenant and landlord representation and investment sales, partnering with nationally recognized firms. His expertise spans suburban office and industrial markets throughout Tampa Bay, delivering strategic solutions for occupiers and investors alike.

Billy Lane
Senior Associate
Billy began his real estate career in 2008, moving from investor-focused work into luxury and mixed‑use development. In 2017, he relocated to Pittsburgh as Sales Director for a major downtown mixed‑use project, later shifting into commercial real estate in Las Vegas with a focus on retail and industrial. He and his family recently moved to Tampa to join the region’s growing commercial market and contribute his broad experience to a forward‑thinking team.
