Tim Rivers

Tim Rivers brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate expertise and a distinguished leadership record across Florida’s major markets. As Executive Managing Director – Florida, Tim leads strategic growth initiatives and oversees all business lines serving both occupier and investor clients, including tenant representation, agency leasing, property management, project development services, and capital markets.

Prior to joining NAI Burns Scalo, Tim served as Florida Market Leader at Cresa, where he successfully expanded the firm’s footprint across the state. His experience also includes senior leadership roles at JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and Newmark, where he consistently delivered integrated real estate solutions aligned with client objectives.

Tim is known for his strategic planning acumen, collaborative leadership style, and ability to drive performance through service integration and client-centric solutions. His approach leverages a life-cycle perspective to enhance and protect investment value – from acquisition due diligence to execution and disposition.
