NAI Burns Scalo Promotes Scott DiGuglielmo, SIOR to Executive Vice President of Global Brokerage and Strategic Growth
NAI Burns Scalo is excited to announce that Scott DiGuglielmo, SIOR, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Global Brokerage and Strategic Growth, advancing the firm’s mission to strengthen its national brokerage platform and expand advisory capabilities across multiple markets.
In his new role, Scott will drive national business development, support multi‑market brokerage initiatives, and advise leadership on growth opportunities. He will continue originating and executing complex office, industrial, retail, and specialty transactions while fostering strategic partnerships and collaboration across the organization.
Scott brings more than six million square feet and over $1 billion in completed transactions to the role, along with repeated SIOR Office Lease of the Year awards, CoStar Power Broker honors, and notable assignments including a $74.6 million lease for ConnectiveRx and a $43.3 million healthcare lease.
