Scott DiGuglielmo, SIOR is Executive Vice President of Brokerage at NAI Burns Scalo, a nationally recognized commercial real estate services company. As a key member of the brokerage team, DiGuglielmo advises clients throughout the region on real estate strategies to help them achieve their corporate objectives.

DiGuglielmo has become a go-to expert for executives evaluating all types of real estate opportunities and challenges. In his career, he has served a key role in more than five million square feet of successful commercial transactions both on a local and national basis with a focus on office product. He accomplishes this by leveraging NAI Burns Scalo’s market share, industry relationships, and integration of services to provide comprehensive real estate solutions for his clients.

Since joining NAI Burns Scalo, DiGuglielmo has become a very involved member of the Pittsburgh Commercial Real Estate Industry. Born and raised just South of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and a WVU graduate, DiGuglielmo is active in professional, community and charitable organizations. He currently acts as an influential member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Pittsburgh Chapter by holding a position on the NAIOP National Forum.
