NAI Burns Scalo Selected as General Contractor for Armada Supply Chain Solutions’ New Headquarters
NAI Burns Scalo is excited to announce we have officially begun construction on a 90,000-square-foot three-story office building located in Marshall Township for Armada Supply Chain Solutions. The firm plans to immediately occupy approximately 66,000-square-feet, covering the entire second and third floors as well as a portion of the first floor.
As the general contractor for the project, NAI Burns Scalo’s Development & Construction Services team is leading the build-out of Armada’s new headquarters space, bringing our construction expertise and collaborative approach to the forefront of this strategic expansion.

The design consultants include Desmone as the architect, Allen & Shariff as the MEP engineer, Rise Structural Group as the structural engineer, and Franklin Interiors as the furniture provider. This blended team ensures every aspect of project delivery supports Armada’s operational objectives, maintaining efficiency, quality, and innovation throughout the build process.
