NAI Burns Scalo’s Diamond Ridge stands to benefit from multiple infrastructure investments now underway in Moon Township that will enhance access, safety, and long-term connectivity throughout the surrounding corridor.

Montour Run Road and adjacent intersections were slated for roadway improvements, which began in late April. Planned enhancements include lane extensions, added through lanes, new turning lanes, upgraded traffic signals, and signal retiming at key intersections along Montour Run Road, Marketplace Boulevard, and nearby connector roads. 

These coordinated transportation improvements reinforce Diamond Ridge’s strategic location within the Parkway West submarket and further support its long-term appeal as a highly accessible commercial property.
