Pamela Austin
Vice President, Brokerage
Pamela is the Vice President of Brokerage at NAI Burns Scalo. She has been involved in commercial real estate since 2002 and currently leads landlord representation for a 2-million-square-foot office portfolio in Pittsburgh. With her previous experience as a senior project manager of development for McCaffery Interests and as a consultant for Oxford Development, Ms. Austin brings an owner’s perspective to her work. Throughout her career, she has successfully completed nearly $1 billion in large-scale projects in Chicago and Pittsburgh, including notable developments such as Roosevelt Collection, Flair Tower, The Morgan at Loyola Station, the redevelopment of the Children’s Memorial Hospital site, The Yards at 3 Crossings, Coda on Centre, The Produce Terminal, 1600 Smallman, The Vision on Fifteenth, and Diamond Ridge.
Pamela is actively engaged in the local commercial real estate community, leading tours, participating in panels, and mentoring for ULI and NAIOP. In 2023, she was recognized as a Woman of Influence by the Pittsburgh Business Times. In 2024, she received the Top Team honors from NAI Global and the SIOR Co-Broker Office of the Year alongside her leasing partner, Scott DiGuglielmo. She is a consistent performer for NAI Burns Scalo and is a multiple-time CoStar Power Broker.
Pamela has a passion for art and architecture. She enjoys collaborating with interior designers and galleries to bring her company’s placemaking vision for properties to life and traveling to find new inspiration.
Outside of work, Pamela loves cooking, gardening, and exploring nature with her partner, Mike, and their German wirehaired pointer, Josey. As the President of Strip District Neighbors, she actively advocates for her community. She also serves as her company’s Philanthropy Chair and personally raises funds for several local and national health-related charities.
