NAI Burns Scalo is proud to announce the addition of a new property management assignment in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. The 45,000-square-foot retail center marks the first retail property management assignment in the state, expanding NAI Burns Scalo’s third-party portfolio into new asset types and geographic markets.
Located off I-64, the center features a diverse mix of tenants, including a bakery, grocery store, salons, and restaurants. The property is owned by BRF – WSS, LLC, and currently leased by Greenbrier Real Estate Service. Just minutes from the historic Greenbrier Resort, the center benefits from high visibility, accessibility, and steady visitor traffic, making it a key retail destination in the White Sulphur Springs area.
Since May, NAI Burns Scalo has been providing facilities management services at the property, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality service and operational excellence across a growing portfolio of assets. The firm was referred to the assignment by Alliance Commercial Property Management, who continues to provide accounting services in the partnership.
