At the forefront of this expansion is Trenton McPherson, SIOR and Nick Scalo, who are leading the charge for the firm’s brokerage division in the region. In addition to the brokerage expansion, the firm’s property management division has been fully operational in West Virginia since last year. NAI Burns Scalo launched its third-party management portfolio in Morgantown with a 32,000-square-foot property that includes a diverse mix of office, retail, restaurant, and medical space. This project underscores the firm’s ability to manage complex, mixed-used assets with professionalism and precision.
NAI Burns Scalo’s development and construction team has also made a strong entrance into the market. The firm completed a 33,000 square foot, two-floor office renovation for Hope Gas, located within the WVU Allied Health Innovation Center in Morgantown, acting as the general contractor. The team continues actively to bid on new projects throughout the region, further solidifying its commitment to delivering high-quality construction and development services in the state.
