Trenton ‘Trent’ McPherson is a seasoned tenant representation expert, specializing in the Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia markets, where he leads our West Virginia brokerage office. With an extensive track record in assisting corporate clients, Trent brings over 6 years of experience to the table. His comprehensive knowledge of the region and dedication to understanding the unique needs of each client allow him to provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Trent’s commitment to excellence extends beyond regional borders, as he frequently travels throughout the country to fulfill his clients’ requirements with unwavering professionalism and expertise. His portfolio includes successful collaborations with Fortune 500 companies, further attesting to his proficiency in delivering top-tier tenant representation services. Prior to joining NAI Burns Scalo, Trent was a Vice President at Fischer + Company. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, sports, and time with his wife and kids.
