Based in Tampa, Kelli will focus on industrial leasing and investment sales while supporting landlords, occupiers, and investors across the state.
With more than 25 years of experience in sales and sales management, including over a decade focused on Tampa Bay commercial real estate, Kelli brings a strong track record representing both institutional and local owners, as well as industrial and office tenants throughout Florida. Her background includes national sales leadership roles, extensive landlord representation experience, and a diverse portfolio of completed industrial and office transactions statewide.
