Bartram House Bakery is Coming to The Piazza in South Fayette, PA
SOUTH FAYETTE, PA – Burns Scalo Real Estate is proud to announce that it has signed a long-term lease with the popular Pittsburgh-based bakery café, Bartram House Café & Bakery at The Piazza in South Fayette — Burns Scalo’s restaurant and entertainment destination in “Boomtown.”
The new South Fayette location aims to introduce the bakery’s craveable; scratch-made croissants, pastries, cookies, and cakes to the South Hills neighborhoods. Owners Tim and Denise Warne opened the first Bartram House Bakery in McMurray in 2008. Since then, they have added 4 more locations — Wexford, South Side, Cranberry, and now in South Fayette.
“We’re very excited to add a specialty bakery to our lineup at The Piazza,” said James Scalo, CEO of Burns Scalo Real Estate. “We realized the success of Bartram House Bakery, and we know the concept will bring a lot to the South Fayette community.”
“The Bartram House Café & Bakery family is excited to be joining the South Fayette community at The Piazza. We will be bringing our award-winning pastries and culinary menus to this exciting property. South Fayette is booming, and we look forward to being a part of this growing neighborhood.” said Tim Warne, CEO of Bartram House Bakery.
South Fayette Commissioner, Gwen Rodi, added, “The addition of Bartram House Café & Bakery to the Piazza will bring a premiere full-service cafe and dessert bakery to the residents of South Fayette and we welcome them to our community.”
Bartram House Bakery is anticipated to open its doors to this South Fayette location in early 2023.
CBRE’s Herky Pollock represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
