Burns Scalo Signs Convive Coffee to New North Shore Location
PITTSBURGH, PA — Burns Scalo Real Estate is proud to announce that it has signed a lease with locally owned and operated Convive Coffee at 225 North Shore, Burns Scalo’s premiere North Shore office building.
The new North Shore location aims to serve up its ethically and sustainably sourced caffeinated specialties and small bites to a growing entertainment district that historically has had no coffee or grab-and-go options. Owners Ryland and Katie Weber opened the first Convive Coffee at McCandless Crossing in 2016. Since then, they have added three more locations — Mars, Lawrenceville, and now on the North Shore.
“The addition of Convive Coffee to 225 North Shore is our clients’ ultimate attraction and retention tool. The coffee shop will create buzz on the first floor- providing a dining, meeting, relaxing, and entertainment space.” said Ruby Scalo, Leasing Specialist at Burns Scalo Real Estate.
