Property Management Services Expand into West Virginia

NAI Burns Scalo is proud to announce the expansion of its property management services into Morgantown, West Virginia. The company’s first contract in West Virginia is for 215 Don Knotts Blvd, a 3 story building with approximately 32,000 SF of space.

This strategic move is our firm’s first instance of an out-of-state property management contract, showcasing our growing commitment to delivering top-tier facility maintenance and financial management services across state lines.

Occupying the second floor is the building’s primary tenant, MegaCorp Logistics. Legg Properties, an affiliate of MegaCorp Logistics, acquired the building in October 2023. Other prestigious tenants include Dinsmore and Shohl LLP on the third floor, Kevin Blankenship MD (Waterfront Urgent Care) on the first floor, as well as Waterfront Family Pharmacy. Additionally, the building hosts a retail and restaurant space, contributing to the dynamic local community.
