Joe is primarily focused on Landlord Representation, where he helps property owners identify and secure qualified tenants in their properties. In addition to his brokerage work, Joe has been an active member of NAIOP since 2021 and currently serves as the Co-Lead of the NAIOP Developing Leaders (DL) Events Committee. He is also the lead organizer of the NAIOP DL Golf Outing, helping to foster connection and engagement within the commercial real estate community.
