Kelly is the Client Experience Supervisor for NAI Burns Scalo. Six years ago, she started the journey of creating and developing what is now one of the offerings that sets NAI Burns Scalo apart from all the rest. Her expertise in managing a high-performing concierge team assures that the focus remains on excellence in service and customer satisfaction.
In her role, Kelly oversees all aspects of the client experience for over 200 businesses across the Greater Pittsburgh area, from initial contact to the final move in and beyond. She excels in developing unique experiences and regular touch points that raise the bar in how commercial real estate tenants interact their Landlord.
Kelly’s commitment to excellence is reflected by consistently high client retention and positive feedback received across the portfolio. She continues to drive improvements in service standards and remains deeply committed to enhancing the quality of service offered to our clients through exceptional service delivery.
