Nick Scalo specializes in a diverse range of commercial properties, including office, flex, and retail properties. He collaborates with his leasing partner, Trent McPherson, to match the right tenants with the right properties across the Parkway West, Airport Chamber regions, and West Virginia. Nick is currently responsible for leasing multiple assets in Western PA and West Virginia. Together, Nick and Trent leverage their extensive local knowledge and broad portfolio to help businesses find ideal spaces that support their growth. Outside of his brokerage work, Nick is an active member of the Pittsburgh Airport Chamber of Commerce and NAIOP Pittsburgh.
