Burns Scalo Hires New Director of People Experience
PITTSBURGH, PA — Burns Scalo Real Estate announced today that it has hired Jaffee Donaldson, PHR, SHRM-CP as its Director of People Experience.
Donaldson brings nearly 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational strategy. She has recently served as a Human Resources Consultant at Employer Flexible and before that with Compass Business Solutions, where she was responsible for recruiting, employee engagement, talent management, and compensation and benefits for many corporate clients, including Burns Scalo Real Estate.

The hire comes in response to the ever-growing demand for BSRE’s high execution of real estate services. The organization is actively recruiting new talent across its service lines to quickly scale and advance its outside portfolio operations.

Donaldson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from LaRoche University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) and SHRM Certified Professional – SHRM- CP.
