NAI Burns Scalo Working with The Colony Company for District Point Annex Project

NAI Burns Scalo is proud to announce its collaboration with The Colony Company on the highly anticipated Annex office and retail project at the newly rebranded District Point, formerly Huntingdon Marketplace in North Huntingdon Pennsylvania. This new four-story, 30,000-square-foot development is being built as an extension of the existing Urban Air Indoor adventure park (largest in the tri-state), seamlessly expanding the offerings of this vibrant retail hub.

The Annex will feature first-floor retail space, already slated to house a new Primanti Bros. restaurant, and three upper floors dedicated to office space. Situated in a thriving retail complex, the project neighbors popular destinations such as Walmart, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Crumbl Cookies, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and The Goddard School, further enhancing its appeal to both businesses and the local community alike.

The District Point Annex represents NAI Burns Scalo’s first project with The Colony Company, a growing development firm undergoing a dynamic leadership transition. With construction underway, District Point is poised to become a landmark addition to the retail and office landscape, offering a dynamic blend of innovation, convenience, and community engagement. The first-floor retail spaces (including Primanti Bros.) are expected to open by the end of 2025.
