As the Chief Investment Officer at NAI Burns Scalo, Christie brings a wealth of experience and expertise in navigating the complex landscape of commercial real estate investments. With a career spanning over 15 years in the real estate industry, she has demonstrated a remarkable ability to identify strategic opportunities, optimize portfolio performance, and foster growth. Christie has closed in excess of $1 billion in financial transactions over the past 7 years. As a member of the executive team of NAI Burns Scalo, she plays a pivotal role in providing input and oversight of company operations, strategic planning and risk management.
Natalie Chadwick is a Senior Financial Analyst with 8 years of experience at NAI Burns Scalo. She holds a bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Finance from Penn State Erie, the Behrend College, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis. Her academic background, combined with hands-on experience, has given her a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies inherent in commercial real estate investments.
