Braden Rowse, Jr.

Senior Project Manager

Braden has over 17 years of experience in construction consulting and project management, serving as a project manager in multiple areas related to construction including cost estimating, scheduling, owner representation and general contracting. He has extensive experience as a cost estimator, budgeting projects for USACE, NAVFAC, NASA, along with countless projects for NAI Burns Scalo and many other project stakeholders.  As a project manager, Braden has effectively managed all phases of construction including management of the project design phases, developing detailed scope of work, bidding and negotiation of contracts, contracting with owners, architects/engineers and subcontractors, developing milestone and CPM schedules, project cost control and reporting, construction management, and project closeout.  Braden has been an integral part of the NAI Burns Scalo team having experience evaluating lease language related to tenant improvement work, evaluating cost and schedule risk, as well as developing landlord work letters considering relevant building systems and construction finishes.
