Chris Pogue-Geile is a distinguished construction and development professional with a wealth of experience in large-scale projects and innovative facility conversions. He has been integral to major ground-up constructions and large interior fit-outs, showcasing his versatility and expertise in the field.

Chris’s notable projects include building a state-of-the-art robotics lab, converting a building into a wet lab facility, and constructing the national campus headquarters for Connective Rx. These projects highlight his ability to manage complex and highly technical tasks successfully.

In addition to construction, Chris has significant experience in pre-development and due diligence. He has collaborated with various owners and developers on land development, retail developments, and land leases, demonstrating his comprehensive understanding of the development process.
