Chris Pogue-Geile
Director of Construction
Chris Pogue-Geile is a seasoned construction and development leader with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He brings a deep expertise in managing large-scale projects and complex facility conversions. As Director of Construction, he brings a strategic and hands-on approach to every phase of the build—from pre-development and due diligence to final delivery.
Chris has led transformative projects including the construction of a state-of-the-art robotics lab, the conversion of a commercial building into a high-performance wet lab facility, and the development of the national 2-buildinng campus headquarters for Connective Rx. These projects reflect his ability to navigate highly technical requirements while delivering on time and with precision.
Beyond construction execution, Chris is actively involved in land development strategy, retail buildouts, and land lease negotiations. His collaborative work with owners and developers underscores his comprehensive understanding of the full development lifecycle.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering – Swanson School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh.
