Connie Frangione

Construction Administrator

Connie Frangione joined NAI Burns Scalo in 2023 as a Construction Administrator. Mrs. Frangione has over 15 years of management experience specializing in Business Development, Production Support Administration, Project Coordination, Sales, and Settlement.  She is also a licensed notary by the state of Pennsylvania and serves as a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.  

Mrs. Frangione prepares contracts, change orders, enters contracts and commitments, finalizes all billings to tenants, performs all job setup, and reconciles cost reports. She meticulously tracks and monitors the progress of vendor pre-qualification processes through our management platform to ensure timely and accurate approvals.  Mrs. Frangione provides robust support to the entire Development and Construction department, managing COI’s, subscriptions, licensing, certifications, insurance limits and renewals, and vendors as required for each project.  Her expertise extends to the preparations of prequalification documents and proposals, overseeing cost review processes, and ensuring compliance with all project closeout requirements.  Mrs. Frangione develops and implements and manages development tools and equipment tracking systems. She purchases all department PPE, job site signage, drawing reproduction, and any miscellaneous Project Manager task.  Her administrative acumen includes tracking certification, insurance renewals, Development AR, and processing pay applications effectively.
