Starr represents the third member of our brokerage team to be elected to SIOR, joining his peers Scott DiGuglielmo, SIOR and Bryce Custer, SIOR, CCIM who have been part of the organization for multiple years.

With an extensive background spanning over a decade, Curt Starr’s expertise provides a massive advantage for his clients. Prior to joining NAI Burns Scalo, Curt led a dynamic team of brokers and lease administration professionals, overseeing more than 500 brokerage transactions annually for several Fortune 500 clients. Throughout his career, Curt has played a pivotal role in executing over 200 industrial build-to-suit transactions across North America, with projects ranging from 10,000 square feet to more than 1 million square feet.
Outside of his professional achievements, Curt is a devoted family man who values spending quality time with his wife and four children. He is deeply involved in community service, supporting both national and local charitable organizations and serving on the local school board.
