Scott DiGuglielmo, SIOR, Receives Young Professional Award at 2025 NAI Global Convention
NAI Burns Scalo is proud to announce that Scott DiGuglielmo, SIOR, has been honored with the Young Professional Award at the 2025 NAI Global Convention!
At 36 years old, Scott has become a key figure within NAI Global, where he has helped drive network-wide progress with the organization’s young professionals group. His efforts have sparked meaningful conversation about fostering resources and opportunities for younger members within NAI Global, aligning closely with the leadership qualities he has demonstrated in his time at NAI Burns Scalo.

Over the past decade, Scott has built a successful career with NAI Burns Scalo, where he now serves on the senior leadership team. DiGuglielmo is an established top real estate advisor in Western PA and the tri-state area; and with over 25 deals completed and nearly 350,000 square feet of trophy office space leased in 2024, he has quickly solidified himself as one of NAI Global’s top performing young brokers. In addition to an impressive year of leasing activity, he also received two recognitions from SIOR Global for top office deals in both September and November. Beyond his personal accomplishments, Scott is also an active member of several professional organizations. He currently serves on the SIOR Executive Committee for the Pittsburgh Chapter, and holds a position on the NAIOP National Forum.
