Lindsay Files serves as the CFO at NAI Burns Scalo, where her strategic vision and financial acumen drive organizational success. In addition to being responsible for overall financial health, Lindsay also oversees elements of operations and human resources.  She maintains strong relationships with financial partners, oversees budgeting, accounting, and cash management to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.  Since joining NAI Burns Scalo in 2008, Lindsay has been solely responsible for designing and managing the accounting systems, financial filings, reporting, and controls, which are presently in place.

As the Chief Investment Officer at NAI Burns Scalo, Christie brings a wealth of experience and expertise in navigating the complex landscape of commercial real estate investments. With a career spanning over 15 years in the real estate industry, she has demonstrated a remarkable ability to identify strategic opportunities, optimize portfolio performance, and foster growth. Christie has closed in excess of $1 billion in financial transactions over the past 7 years. As a member of the executive team of NAI Burns Scalo, she plays a pivotal role in providing input and oversight of company operations, strategic planning and risk management.

In his role as General Counsel, Tim undertakes a diverse array of responsibilities and possesses a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and risks inherent in the commercial real estate industry. His duties include spearheading the preparation and negotiation of agreements related to the acquisition, financing, development, management, leasing, and disposition of various types of commercial real estate.

Scott DiGuglielmo is Executive Vice President of Brokerage at NAI Burns Scalo, a regionally recognized commercial real estate services company. As a key member of the brokerage team, DiGuglielmo advises clients throughout the region on real estate strategies to help them achieve their corporate objectives.

As Vice President of Property Management Services at NAI Burns Scalo, Bob Fittipaldo has direct oversight of the budgeting process, facility maintenance, building efficiencies and tenant satisfaction.

Fittipaldo brings a wealth of experience to the role as he has served in many property management capacities during his 30 year career, the last 9 with NAI Burns Scalo.

Stephen Whittingham has been a member of NAI Burns Scalo since 2009.  Steve is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in the development and construction industry.  With a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and team leadership, he has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout his career.

With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Travis brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his role as Director of Construction. Known for his strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail, Travis has successfully overseen a diverse range of commercial construction projects, including more than $300MM of office, retail, restaurant, light industrial, healthcare, & life sciences.

Jaffee is a seasoned HR and Operations leader with over 20 years of diverse experience across industries including manufacturing, startups, non-profits, tech, education, hospitality, and real estate. From boardrooms to shop floors, she’s collaborated with C-suite executives and frontline managers, bringing a human-centric approach to every aspect of the employee lifecycle.
