Coterra, Inc. Signs 36,000+ SF Lease at Diamond Ridge
NAI Burns Scalo is proud to announce that Coterra, Inc., a premier exploration and production company, has signed a lease for 36,220 square feet at the newly constructed Diamond Ridge office campus in Moon Township, PA. With their occupancy on the top floor set to begin on September 1, 2025, Coterra joins a promising list of tenants moving to the building.
The lease transaction was handled by Scott DiGuglielmo, SIOR and Pamela Austin of NAI Burns Scalo, representing the landlord. Coterra was represented by Lucian Bukowski, Mike Stuart, and Carmine DiLucente of CBRE.
