Scott DiGuglielmo is Executive Vice President of Brokerage at NAI Burns Scalo, a regionally recognized commercial real estate services company. As a key member of the brokerage team, DiGuglielmo advises clients throughout the region on real estate strategies to help them achieve their corporate objectives.
Kelley joined Burns Scalo in 1984 and has been influential in building the company’s portfolio of properties to more than 5,000,000 square feet and is now representing other building owners with the same mission. Kelley has leased, marketed, and sold; office, flex, retail and warehouse space, over her career.
Chris Garrity has dedicated over 30 years to real estate and product representation, diligently serving his clients and represented businesses. As Vice President of Brokerage, he has handled property transactions of all scales, negotiating multi-million dollar deals and securing ideal spaces for a diverse clientele, including emerging entrepreneurs seeking suitable business locations.
John has 30+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry across major markets such as Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and New York City. John has overseen the representation of landlords, tenants and users of commercial space for renewals, expansions, market/site selection and purchases.
Trenton ‘Trent’ McPherson is a seasoned tenant representation expert, specializing in the Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia markets. With an extensive track record in assisting corporate clients, Trent brings over 6 years of experience to the table. His comprehensive knowledge of the region and dedication to understanding the unique needs of each client allow him to provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Pamela is the Brand Ambassador of NAI Burns Scalo, where she leases the firm’s portfolio properties by leveraging her network and creative marketing skills. Pamela has worked in commercial real estate for over twenty years in Chicago and Pittsburgh. Pamela was previously the Senior Project Manager of Development at McCaffery, where she completed ground-up and value-added renovations of multi-family and mixed-use assets. Pamela also served as a consultant to Oxford Development.
Ruby is the Senior Associate who manages the agency portfolio properties for NAI Burns Scalo. Working in brokerage for the past 5 years of her career, Ruby has transacted over 500,000 SF in the Greater Pittsburgh Region with a focus on Office, Industrial and Retail clients. She has experience representing listings and clients both in leasing and sales of properties.
With over 25 years of experience in the construction, development and commercial real estateindustries, Gene Boyer III brings a wealth of expertise to his role as a Brokerage Advisor at NAI Burns Scalo Real Estate. Specializing in working with high-net-worth clients, Gene excels in optimizing real estate portfolios and identifying lucrative market opportunities. Gene’s commitment to delivering exceptional results has earned him a reputation for providing unparalleled value to his clients.
Nick Scalo is a Brokerage Advisor with listings spanning from office, to flex, and to class A properties. He and his leasing partner, Shannon Rometo, work to find the right fit for the right tenant throughout South Fayette and the Airport Chamber. Nick is currently responsible for leasing at both Abele and Bursca Business Parks, as well as class A options at Beacon I and The Concorde. Both Nick and Shannon use their expansive portfolio and knowledge of the area to matchmake tenants to the correct suite; helping them to grow into new space, as they grow themselves. Nick is also a member of the Pittsburgh Airport Chamber of Commerce and NAIOP Pittsburgh.
Joe Sheerer is a seasoned brokerage advisor with NAI Burns Scalo, specializing in office/flex leasing. With a background primarily focused on the downtown market and eastern suburbs of Allegheny County, Sheerer brings a wealth of experience, particularly in the office sector. As a native Pittsburgher and a graduate of the University of Kentucky, he is well-versed in the local real estate landscape and is eager to contribute to the vibrant growth of NAI Burns Scalo. Sheerer collaborates with Nick Scalo, and together the two form NAI Burns Scalo’s team of brokerage advisors focused on South Fayette and the immediate surrounding region.
